Why that amount of time?
Well imagine how long you have been already struggling with emotional eating. 10, 15, 20 years. One year is not that long compared to how long you have already been working on overcoming this and how long it could continue to be if you don’t get the help you need now.
What if I only need accountability and or want to lose a little bit of weight?

Group coaching is for you. We still focus on mindset, also nutrition and fitness just in a group setting.

Do you work with men?

Emotional eating is predominantly a struggle that most womxn have, however I am not opposed to working with men.

Do you work with any age group?

My prime target market is 40-70. And just like I answered my question about working with men, I am certainly open to working with womxn of all ages.

Why choose you above all other coaches? What sets you apart?

I walked the walk so therefore I can talk the talk. I have been where you are. I have struggled with emotional eating, binge eating, eating disorders, sexual trauma, abuse, toxic relationships, stress, anxiety, severe depression, I have been a size 2 and a size 22 and it doesn’t matter where you are with your body, we all have the same struggles, just comes in a package with a different bow. I have been through so much and came out the other side, with the knowledge and know how to help you. And to get you to the other side, so that you aren’t 70, 80 or even 90 and still worrying about what you look like in the mirror. I am real, raw, honest and authentic. I am not a BS’er and I will push you out of your comfort zone. To make change happen you have to get out of our own way, get out of our comfort zone. I am going to guess, you struggled with this almost your own life, and where are you now? In the same place, stuck and not moving. If you are ready to take a step forward and be healthy, emotionally, mentally, physically and even spiritually, then I am just the person to help you with that or you wouldn’t be here right now reading this.
